81 Flex Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send returns to the sender or warehouse address.
Returns for Printful and AutoDS orders are processed through their fulfillment centers. Contact robflex81@gmail.com to receive your correct return address and instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, supplements, etc.)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
- Gift cards or discounted sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the product you have (once approved), and make a separate purchase for the new one.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
